Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with World Champion Sports Cards. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and transparently. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods (product launches, promotions, holidays, or major events), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on order size, value, and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Free or promotional shipping may be offered on select orders or during special promotions and will be clearly stated at checkout.


High-Value & Insured Shipments

Orders of higher value may require:

  • Signature confirmation

  • Shipping insurance

These measures are used to protect both the customer and World Champion Sports Cards. We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delivery times vary by country and customs processing

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

World Champion Sports Cards is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Returned or re-shipped orders may incur additional shipping charges.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).

We remember that once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims when insurance applies.


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local pickup may be available at select store locations. Orders must be placed online and confirmation will be provided when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to all terms set forth below. Shipping Protection is an optional service intended to provide limited reimbursement under narrowly defined circumstances only. It is not insurance and does not replace carrier liability or manufacturer warranties.


1. Scope of Coverage

Shipping Protection applies only to physical loss of the package occurring while in transit and confirmed by the carrier as lost after a minimum of 15 business days from the last carrier scan for domestic shipments and 30 business days for international shipments.

Coverage does not apply to any other circumstance unless explicitly stated herein.

Shipping Protection provides, at the Company’s sole discretion:

  • Replacement of the item (if available), or

  • Store credit equal to the original item purchase price (excluding shipping, taxes, fees, and Shipping Protection cost).

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied.


2. Mandatory Claim Requirements

All claims must meet every requirement below or they will be automatically denied:

  1. Claim must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery or confirmed carrier loss determination.

  2. Customer must provide:

    • Order number

    • Government-issued photo ID matching the order name

    • Proof of delivery address

    • Carrier tracking number

    • Clear photos of packaging and contents (if applicable)

    • Signed affidavit of loss (if requested)

  3. Customer must fully cooperate with any carrier investigation or fraud review.

  4. Customer must respond to all requests for documentation within 24 hours of request.

Failure to meet any requirement voids coverage.


3. Exclusions (Not Covered)

Shipping Protection does NOT cover any of the following circumstances:

  • Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.

  • Theft after delivery, including porch piracy, mailroom theft, or third-party access.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the Customer.

  • Carrier delays, weather delays, missed delivery attempts, or rerouted shipments.

  • Damage caused by carrier handling, manufacturing defects, or packaging defects.

  • Packages received with minor cosmetic packaging damage.

  • Items lost due to customer refusal, return to sender, or unclaimed delivery.

  • Orders shipped to freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or reshippers.

  • High-risk delivery locations as determined by the Company.

  • Any claim history indicating excessive or suspicious activity.

  • Any claim submitted outside the stated timeframes.

  • Any item with tampered packaging, missing serials, altered condition, or signs of misuse.

  • Any digital goods, gift cards, or promotional items.

  • Any order exceeding carrier liability thresholds unless additional carrier insurance was purchased.


4. Claim Review & Decision Authority

All claims are reviewed solely at the Company’s discretion. The Company reserves the right to:

  • Request additional documentation.

  • Deny claims without further explanation.

  • Limit claim frequency per customer or address.

  • Escalate claims to fraud prevention review.

  • Permanently revoke Shipping Protection eligibility for any customer.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.


5. Resolution Limits

Approved claims may result in:

  • One replacement shipment per order maximum.

  • Store credit only, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

  • Replacement value capped at the original product price only.

Shipping costs, taxes, processing fees, Shipping Protection fees, and promotional discounts are not reimbursable.


6. Abuse, Fraud & Chargebacks

Any suspected abuse, misrepresentation, chargeback activity, or fraudulent behavior may result in:

  • Immediate claim denial.

  • Account suspension or termination.

  • Permanent loss of Shipping Protection eligibility.

  • Reporting to payment processors, carriers, and fraud databases.


7. No Carrier Override

Shipping Protection does not override carrier policies, carrier determinations, or carrier scan data. Carrier delivery confirmation shall be considered final proof of delivery.


8. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate Shipping Protection coverage at any time without notice. Terms in effect at time of purchase shall govern.


9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Company’s operating jurisdiction.
